Data deletion

How to ask

Email connect@smartally.io from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my data". If you connected us through Facebook or Instagram, include the name of the connected page or account.

We confirm we got your request within 5 business days and delete your data within 30 days, except what we must keep by law.

Remove access from Facebook

On Facebook go to Settings and privacy, then Settings, Business integrations or Apps and websites, find SmartAlly and click Remove. That stops us from getting new data. To delete what we already have, send us the email above.
