Cookie policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

1. What they are

Cookies are small files the site stores in your browser. Essential cookies are always on. Analytics and marketing cookies are on unless you reject them. Where the law requires prior acceptance, such as in the European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Brazil or Quebec, they only turn on if you accept them. Your choice applies on smartally.io and app.smartally.io.

2. Essential

CookiePurposeDuration
sa_consentRemembers your cookie choice.6 months
sa_regionRemembers your country or region to know if we need your acceptance before measuring.Session
smartally_form, smartally_thanksConfirm you submitted a form so we can show the thank-you page.Minutes
Cloudflare TurnstileChecks you are not a bot when you submit a form.Session

We also keep the campaign parameters you arrived with in your browser session. They are cleared when you close the tab.

3. Analytics

CookiePurposeDuration
_gaGoogle Analytics: tells visits apart to measure site usage.2 years
_ga_*Google Analytics: keeps the session state.2 years

If you reject analytics, Google Analytics does not store cookies in your browser. It only receives signals without identifiers, such as a page being opened, and Google uses them to estimate visits in aggregate.

4. Marketing

CookiePurposeDuration
_fbpMeta Pixel: recognizes the browser to measure ads.90 days
_fbcMeta Pixel: stores the click on a Meta ad.90 days

With these cookies on, when you submit a form we also notify Meta to measure which ads bring in contacts. If you reject them we share nothing with Meta.

5. On app.smartally.io

The platform uses the same categories and follows the choice you make on the site.
